that is harsh, I bet Sainsburys dont explain that, so you keep thinking they are donating when in fact they aren't, a bit naughty I think :evil:

I've contacted Sainsbury’s and they have replied telling me they have passed my complaint on and I should hear again in another 2/3 days!! :roll:

Finally a reply to my ongoing battle with Sainburys. :evil: I can now report that they have admiited the error was theirs!!!!! It's only taken a month but I'm glad I persevered.

The result is they are sending a cheque to Jill's Fund for the original £25 plus a goodwill gesture of an extra £10. :D :D :D

I have just used easyfundraising to purchase my buildings and contents insurance, there should be a £35 quid donation within 90 days, woop woop!!

Hi, I am really disappointed that I can no longer raise money via ebay for the tortoises with the Jill Martin fund. I regularly use ebay and every penny counts for the torts!!
