Absolutely beautiful ..
Just done some reading on this species,very interesting .
Paul may I ask where in the states did you observe this species and what time of the year,I ask as we send time in Kentucky and Ohio every year in February / march ,we are due out 25th next month and would love to see this one in its natural habitat
Distribution I believe covers Indiana/ ohio/Kentucky .

I have bought a male Clemmys guttata, and i have ordered 2 new setups for the female and the male.
Of course I am going to take photos and share this with you!
I think in a week of 2 I receive the new setups.

My female has layed 6 eggs in total. In all of the eggs lines with blood. Very proud of her. And of course proud of Houdini the male.
