just can't understand why someone would do this...even more horrible is that her mother would allow this to happen

Vile sick little moron...mother just as bad..this isn't the first time a young girl has done this..only last year in Florida a teenage girl posted the cruelty she imposed on a hatchling goapher tortoise and posted on line..fish and wildlife came down real hard on her I'm please to say...hope the same happens to this one.
