Yew Trees, - Safe??

I have a row of very large Yew Trees In my garden, They run the whole length of it, 130ft...
Ive been reading that the leaves are Toxic, But berries are ok.. Now im having a panic, as we have started building outside enclosure, ALthough the enclosure will be on the other side of garden, I have 3 dogs and im worrying that im going to poison my dogs and torts??

Yew is highly toxic (potentially fatal) to most mammals.

Unknown toxicity to tortoises.

Thought as much, Ive just been reading about the top 10 most poisonous trees and Yew is in there...
Oh god... Now im panicking..
There is too many to take out... I will have to be extra careful when i trim them, ANd like i said the Tort enclosure is on the other side of garden.. Ill just keep watch to make sure no stray branches or leaves get anywhere near them...
We havent lived in this house long and the row of trees is well established... And most are next doors, So i will cut them right back to border...
