"New graeca "

Postby Graham Ray » Sun Jul 10, 2016 7:17 am

I have just seen on Facebook a post about various tortoises. I came across this type which they claim is a Graeca-marokkensis . never hearing of this before I continued to read the article (originally in French, I think)
Is this indeed a "new " sub species or am I missing something. They say that feeding citrus fruit once a month is OK. I have never heard of this before. Any comments please .

That race has been described (though not everyone accepts it). Totally disagree with the feeding advice. They are no different in that respect than any "other" North African graeca.
