As a beginner in tort keeping I would also second what Keith said, it was a great course packed full of useful info and I learnt alot, I would definately recommend it if you're thinking about it and it was fab to meet other tort keepers. The venue was also lovely.

Hello to all I met on this course it was great to hear all your stories.

Many thanks to Nadine and Andy Highfield.

Hi, I must agree with you all, It was an excellent day, I thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend it to experienced and novice tortoise keepers alike.
It was also great to put faces to names and chat with everyone .

I have also got a few more ideas that I am going to try on my tortoise enclosures and also the hatchlings enclosure.

Thanks very much to Nadine and Andy for a really good and informative day. I learned a lot, took loads of notes and met a lot of new tort keeping friends. I also got some really good ideas for light and heating (and keeping the costs down) for my new leopard enclosures ready for when I move house.

Hi,
I just want to say thanks for a brilliant day, brimming with knowledge and enthusiasm. Great to be able to meet and talk to other keepers and to others who don't have a tortoise yet.
One suggestion for the next venues is, to introduce TT people at the beginning. It was obvious, once we got started, who Andy and Nadine were, but I didn't realise that Tamie was there too.
Once again, thank you.

Tamie, will you not be there with Nadine & Andy, representing the TT?
I know I have already met you but sure that a lot of people haven't and it would have been nice if you could be flying the flag for rehomers!

I'm sure Tamie will be there if she can find the time!

Do remember - these are very long distances to travel and can require overnight stays: not easy unless you can arrange 'cover' for animals (and dependent humans).
