i cant believe it. the vets have just called to say that bernard died yesturday! i cant stop crying. i have never left an animal in the vets before and should have known it would be a bad omen! i just wish he was here with us at the end. i cant believe he was there on his own. i should have fought harder to get him home on friday. :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry:

Hi Sarah

I am so sorry to hear your sad news, i lost my special little girl Sammy 2 weeks ago. It was the first animal i have every lost and i was absolutley devastated a day hasnt passed without me thinking of her and looking at her photos.
I took great comfort in the lovely messages people on here sent me i only hope you too can find some comfort at this sad time.

He's no longer suffering which is the most important thing.
